Malta regulator declares no connection with PayWayGlobal

Malta regulator The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has announced that it has no connection with paywayglobal.com.  The MGA appealed to consumers to check out the list of MGA approved entities before utilising gaming services in the jurisdiction.

The regulator warned that any reference to its association with  paywayglobal.com ‘is false and misleading’.

The gaming regulator reminded operators and consumers to observe the legal requirements of the jurisdiciton stating that any “activities of unlicensed entities are unregulated and do not provide the necessary safeguards delineated by virtue of the framework, making transactions with such entities risky for consumers.”

MGA licenced entities are available on the MGA website.

PayWayGlobal

PayWayGlobal details on social media platforms state that the company is registered in Bahrain and deals in payment cards and  payment services. MGA’s logo appears on PayWayGlobal‘s website. It claims to be the first multi payment that can be connected to a single account.
