Wicked Games acquires MGA licence

Wicked Games – a games production company for the global online and land-based casino markets – has secured a prestigious Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) licence. The new permit will enable the company to offer its wide portfolio of games to Malta-licensed operators, significantly increasing the distribution of content to core jurisdictions across the globe.

With offices in Sydney, Limassol and Belgrade, the studio has over 150 titles to its name, and a decade in combined experience across the land-based, social, live dealer, and real-money online gaming sectors.

Speaking to SiGMA News, James Davies, CCO at Wicked Games said, “I’m sure many are still asking the question, who is Wicked Games?

“After our recent burst into the gaming scene at this month’s hugely successful SiGMA Europe festival in Malta, the industry was left a little mystified as to who this still unknown game production company is.

“Well, all I can say for now is watch this space, our team of mischievously wicked game developers are busier than Santa’s elves right now creating the next level in online game innovations. I’m sure that this outstanding news of us getting our MGA licence so quickly gives out the clear indications that we are here, and we are serious.

By having our MGA licence in place so early gives our team an unobstructed goal and sets out a clear and defined direction for all to work towards which for any new company entering this space is invaluable.”

“It’s time to get Wicked!!”

Wicked Games was also featured in the November edition of SiGMA Magazine. Read the full interview with visionary CEO Darryl Manning online.
