The Malta Gaming Authority has cancelled , effective as of 17 January 2024. This is the fourth MGA licence cancellation this year following the revocation of the licences for ., , Additionally the MGA suspended ’s licence, also in January.

No specific details are included in the notice, which cites the grounds for the decision as failure to comply with one or more applicable obligations in terms of any regulatory instrument or any other applicable law of Malta.

Following the decision, Super7plus Ltd. has to

  • suspend all gaming operations with immediate effect and cease to register any new players. However, it is obliged to allow existing players to access their accounts for the purpose of requesting the withdrawal of their outstanding player balances.
  • settle all outstanding fees due to the MGA within 5 days,
  • submit a transaction report extracted from their back-end system together with the supporting bank statements, attesting that all player funds have been duly remitted to the registered players, within a week.
  • remove immediately any reference to the MGA and the licence awarded

The MGA reserves the right to request Super7plus Ltd. to enable the Authority to access relevant data.

This decision is subject to appeal.
