Challengermode announces strategic expansion into the US market

Swedish Esports platform Challengermode, backed by Zlatan Ibrahimovic, has announced its expansion plan into the North American market

Challengermode is officially launching in the US, resulting in allowing 164million gamers to access their Esport platform.

The expansion is already proving dividends as Challengermode has set up a number of new strategic partnerships to increase their customer base. The Esports platform has already started working with Skillshot, Risen Esports and the Unified Esports Association.

The Challengermode team is also expanding, with a new team set to be hired in North and South America to accommodate the new market.

The new move by Challengermode is aimed at helping Esports become accessible to everyone. Americas is a huge market and the platform is set to grow substantial due to it being accessible to 164million gamers.

Before announcing this new exciting news, the Swedish Esports platform received around $12million from investment groups led by Zlatan and also Alibaba. The aim of Challengermode is to help brands and creators to engage their target audiences as well as gain monetisation through the platform.

The SiGMA Roadshow

The SiGMA Roadshow is stepping up its game; now virtual, the webinar will take on a new jurisdiction every month, targeting a global agenda of gritty conference topics and a small, yet buzzing expo floor. Hosted on an interactive platform, the 2 hours mini conference will delve into 5 key areas of debate, bringing key themes specific to the region – such as regulation, tax and compliance, and emerging tech, to a table of thought leaders and academics at the top of their game. The SiGMA Virtual Roadshow will reflect SiGMA’s global events opening in 5 major regions over the next few years, specifically Europe, the CIS region, Asia, the Americas, and Africa. The monthly event, which launches with a worldwide tour of 14 countries, starts off with the recently legislated Ukraine, and will be published via podcast.
