Partnership between Quixant and Novatrade will boost Brazil’s iGaming market

Quixant has formed a new partnership with Novatrade, a company specialising in expanding and accelerating the international presence of organisations, to strengthen its performance in the rapidly growing Brazilian market. This collaboration comes at a pivotal moment, with the legalization of sports betting and online gaming in Brazil expected by January 2025.

Patricia Souto Rial, Quixant’s Vice President of Business Development for Spain and Latin America, highlighted the opportunity the legalization represents: “The legalization of sports betting and online gaming in Brazil, along with advances in the regulation of physical games, opens incredible doors. We are prepared to offer all necessary products to our customers and establish partnerships that help them make strategic decisions.”

Quixant has been preparing for this moment by developing teams, structures, and a portfolio tailored to the Brazilian market’s specific needs. The partnership with Novatrade complements this strategy, positioning its clients to be among the first to launch products in the country.

With an expected annual tax revenue of R$2 billion from the legalization of sports betting, the Brazilian government anticipates significant economic and entertainment sector growth. Furthermore, Bill PL 2234/2022, which regulates physical games, is in the final stages of approval, potentially opening even more opportunities for sector growth.

For Cyprien Hoffet, CEO of Novatrade, this partnership marks an important milestone. “We have years of experience in Brazil and deeply understand the local operational and cultural practices, which are essential for success. Combined with Quixant’s innovations, we will support game manufacturers and sports betting offices,” Hoffet stated.
