Tips and Tricks
The Philippine Peso is the official currency, with credit cards widely accepted. Stay updated on COVID-19 travel guidelines, as they may change.
The Philippines has 3 telecom service providers: Smart Communications, Globe Telecom and DITO. If you want to stay connected to the internet during your trip, we recommend Big Sky Travel Wi-Fi. You can through their website at https://bigskynation.com. Don’t forget your power adapter: Type A, B, and Cplugs are used in The Philippines.
Take note of emergency numbers, most importantly: 911 for police and fire, and 112 for medical emergencies.
