The acquisition, expected to close by Q4 2024 for an undisclosed sum, will bring iLotto Solutions to the new brand “Wicked Lotto”, under the Wicked Games product line. This strategic move broadens Wicked Games’ portfolio to include digital lotto and sports jackpot solutions as part of its upcoming product roadmap.
This acquisition supports both companies’ strategies for aggressive market growth. Wicked Lotto introduces a digital lottery solution that combines the excitement of live draws with the efficiency of modern technology.
