What is a product-oriented approach?

Andrei Alexandrov: A product-oriented approach is a strategy that aligns all facets of a business with the strategic goals of the product. This approach adopts a comprehensive view of the entire product lifecycle, from conception to realization, emphasizing customer needs, market trends, and iterative development.

I have chosen this approach because it cultivates a profound understanding of customer pain points, facilitates swift adaptation to market changes, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. It unites cross-functional teams to achieve a shared objective, ensuring that product development is in sync with user needs and industry dynamics.

Can you describe your experience settling in at MEGAPARTNERS after your arrival?

Andrei Alexandrov: Upon joining MEGAPARTNERS, I first focused on understanding our products and their strengths and weaknesses. We’ve since improved them and worked on analytics. We’ve also analyzed traffic ROI and started building product and project processes. Now, we’re close to having an efficient system for controlling, analyzing, and launching products. We’ve grown from one project to five, and our existing projects continue to improve. This year, we’re ready to compete with many other products in terms of innovation and metrics.

How do you engage a player to the point where they ‘fall in love’ with your product?

Andrei Alexandrov:Engaging a player deeply involves creating an immersive experience. This is achieved through a user-friendly interface, personalized interactions driven by data analytics, and continuous innovation in features. By delivering a product that not only meets but exceeds user expectations, we can establish a strong emotional connection with players. This is further nurtured by fostering a sense of community and offering exclusive rewards or experiences. Regularly incorporating user feedback and adapting to changing trends also play a crucial role in building long-term loyalty.

What is the role of gamification in an online casino product, and how does UX/UI design factor into product development?

Andrei Alexandrov: UX/UI design is pivotal in product development as it shapes the user’s interaction with the product. What are the plans and updates for MEGAPARTNERS in 2024?

Andrei Alexandrov: In 2024, MEGAPARTNERS plans to launch new projects and improve existing ones. A major update for Betsomnia is underway, including a complete redesign of the front end, a new global brand concept, and a loyalty programme. We’re changing our approach to creating new brands, aiming to compete with market leaders in functionality and visuals. We’re also expanding geographically, restoring mass traffic purchases of old brands, and growing our team.
