Andrei Alexandrov: A product-oriented approach is a strategy that aligns all facets of a business with the strategic goals of the product. We’ve also analyzed traffic ROI and started building product and project processes. Now, we’re close to having an efficient system for controlling, analyzing, and launching products. We’ve grown from one project to five, and our existing projects continue to improve. This year, we’re ready to compete with many other products in terms of innovation and metrics.
How do you engage a player to the point where they ‘fall in love’ with your product?

What are the plans and updates for MEGAPARTNERS in 2024?
Andrei Alexandrov: In 2024, MEGAPARTNERS plans to launch new projects and improve existing ones. A major update for Betsomnia is underway, including a complete redesign of the front end, a new global brand concept, and a loyalty programme. We’re changing our approach to creating new brands, aiming to compete with market leaders in functionality and visuals. We’re also expanding geographically, restoring mass traffic purchases of old brands, and growing our team.
