Aurora Gaming, a Serbian esports organisation, has officially entered the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) in the Philippines. This marks the organisation’s first foray into the highly competitive MLBB scene. The announcement came through social media posts, revealing that Aurora will take over the slot vacated by Minana EVOS for the upcoming MPL Philippines Season 14.
V33Wise joins Aurora Gaming
A highlight of Aurora Gaming’s entry is the addition of the celebrated duo Johnmar “OhMyV33nus” Villanueva and Danerie James “Wise” del Rosario, also known as V33Wise. Previously part of Blacklist International, where they achieved numerous accolades including three MPL Philippines titles and an M3 World Championship, V33Wise will now lead Aurora’s new MLBB team as Esports & Gaming Content Directors. Their new roles will involve working closely with the marketing and creative teams to create engaging content and narratives that reflect Aurora’s bold and innovative spirit.
The announcement of Aurora Gaming’s roster took place on Saturday in Parañaque City, Philippines. The lineup includes Renejay “Renejay” Barcarse as Team Captain/Roam-Tank, Jonard Cedrix “Demonkite” Caranto as Jungler, Edward Jay “Edward” Dapadap as EXP Laner, Jan Dominic “Domeng” del Mundo as Gold Laner, Kenneth Carl “Yue” Tadeo as Mid-Support, Ben Seloe “Benthings” Maglaque as the 6th man, Dexter Louise “DexStar” Alaba as Analyst, Aniel “Master The Basics” Jiandani as Head Coach, and Elrasec “Rada” Ocampo as General Manager.
