Bethard partners with Enteractive for player conversion and reactivation

Swedish operator Bethard has teamed up with Enteractive, a firm focused in player conversion and reactivation, to win back players with lapsed accounts.

In a press release shared to SiGMA News on Tuesday, Enteractive said the partnership will complement Bethard’s existing internal CRM services with the company’s conversion and reactivation services across their .se and .com brands.

It added that the Swedish Gambling Authority (SGA)-licensed operator sees Enteractive’s personalized approach to player outreach as the key to optimizing revenue generation from the inactive segments of their player base.

John Foster, Head of B2B Sales at Enteractive, said Bethard recognized the overlooked possibilities within inactive player accounts.

“Enteractive possesses the perfect combination of technology and reactivation specialists to substantially boost active player revenues,” Foster said.

For his part, Frank Heinanen, Managing Director at Bethard, said the move will enable the company to maximize revenue.

“Bethard has partnered with Enteractive to re-engage audience segments which we’ve found respond better to the more personal approach offered by a two-way phone conversation,” Heinanen said in a statement.

“To optimize the Lifetime Player Value (LPV) for every segment of our player base, Enteractive will concentrate on those particular audience groups we’ve identified as being more receptive to such direct and one-on-one interaction,” Heinanen added.

According to its website, Enteractive’s proprietary (Re)Activation Cloud technology platform allows a fast and seamless integration of selected player databases, with native-speaking sales agents able to engage with players in each market with real-human one-to-one outreach by phone. 

Enterative also claimed the company converts more than 16,000 players per month for a variety of leading operators.
