Hilton will launch its third opulent property on the sun-kissed shores on the once-tranquil and low-key Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

After the announcement of the Wynn casino, luxury operators and prestigious hotel groups have been flocking to the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, that is only an hour’s drive away from Dubai.

The new Hilton will be the latest entrant on Al Marjan Island, a location that is expected to be synomomous with integrated casino resorts, a confident bet by the hotel operator on the success of the future ‘gaming state’.

AED500m investment sets the stage

The resort will be situated on Ras Al Khaimah’s Al Marjan Island, The AED500 million project, which shows Hilton’s commitment to properties in prestigious locations, promises to be a fusion of contemporary design and unmatched hospitality.

The upcoming 5-star hotel, a brainchild of the renowned architectural firm JT+Partners, boasts a grand total of 410 keys, encompassing 350 meticulously designed hotel rooms and 60 exclusive residences. Among its standout features is the highest 360-degree sky pool in the Northern Emirates, promising guests an unparalleled panoramic view of the stunning surroundings.
