The FAAccording to The Daily Mail, the FA started looking into Isaac last year after receiving information about questionable betting trends during the Bards’ FA Cup loss to Shrewsbury Town in November. He was charged with spot-fixing in August after it was claimed that he purposefully got himself booked in the 84th minute of his team’s 5-1 loss as part of a plot to beat the bookies.

Isaac has been prohibited from participating in any football activity until April 2034. This is one of the FA’s longest bans. Along with his 10-year penalty, he will also serve a 12-month suspension for failing to present “telephone billing documents, and/or information of his internet subscription” in March.
