The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas transitions to MGM Rewards

The renowned luxury resort hotel and casino, The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, has announced the transition of its exclusive identity membership programme to MGM Rewards, scheduled to take effect on 30 July 2024.

Transition and benefits

In the transition period, members will have uninterrupted access to gaming activities and can continue earning identity tier points at The Cosmopolitan under the current programme. Both The Cosmopolitan and MGM Rewards websites have emphasised that all accumulated identity tier points will be doubled and converted into MGM Rewards tier credits from the beginning of the transition.

Furthermore, members will receive a one-time adjustment of their total MGM Rewards tier credits based on the identity tier points they earned between 30 July 2023 and 29 July 2024. Any relevant identity table play bonus based on table play during this period will also be factored into the adjustment.

Members’ play amounts at The Cosmopolitan will be determined based on a variety of factors that MGM Resorts, such as the duration of play, average bet amount, and type of table play, will assess.

Transition and future offers

All reservations and offers previously made under the identity programme will be honoured during the transition. Following the transition, members can anticipate receiving personalised offers that align with their loyalty to the MGM Rewards programme. These promotions will include tips on how to earn and use MGM Rewards points, slot dollars, and tier credits for various options.

MGM Rewards, managed by MGM Resorts International, offers its members a wide range of benefits. These include redeemable rewards from slot and table activities, interactions with BetMGM, dining and accommodation services, as well as entertainment, spa services, and retail purchases.
