The National Lottery of Panama prepares for its reopening

Last week an announcement was made on the last biosecurity measures currently being implemented in order to comply with the health requirements

In order to sell tickets, the lottery will be the placing cubicles at its headquarters and selling points to ensure appropriate distance when selling tickets.

These measures, added to the already prevalent sanitary gel, use of masks, and social distancing, are being made by The National Charity Lottery (LNB) to hopefully reopen in the mentioned date of October 12.

The mentioned sanitary methods have been implemented since April of this year, when the pandemic was at its peak, in order to comply with the requirements imposed by the World Health Organization, and now, additional purchases and measures are being implemented.

D-LJuSFWsAASfStFor all the operations, being the return or purchase of the tickets, must be done in the entrance of Victor Julio Gutierrez Square, where the installations have been adjusted, and all vendors have been transferred there.

The additional collaboration of the ticket vendors will be required in the area of Return and Cancellation, where physical adjustments are still being made.

For the billetereos and the multitude of street selling lottery  vendors, the National Lottery is contributing to inform and educate on the requirements and measures that must be considered when selling these tickets. Seminars on biosecurity measures are also being given out for the billeteros, in all of the institution’s facilities.
