Mexico Casinos and gambling halls reopen this week

Mexico Casinos reopened under amber light restrictions from Monday 12th till Sunday 18th

Mexico casinosAfter sixteen consecutive weeks of imposed closure, the casinos of Mexico City have finally started their reopening  process.

Casinos will be allowed to operate with a lowered 30% capacity and with no food or drinks to be purchased in the installations. Disinfectant gel will be at the disposal of the customers and workers throughout all the facility,  customers will only be able to enter following security distance measures, and machines and equipment will be frequently cleaned by the staff.

Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, head of the Government of Mexico City on Friday morning stated that the CDMX will remain next week.’

On her twitter account, she explained ‘Let us not lower our guard. It is still time to protect yourself and others. Don’t get infected, use face masks.’

It’s worth mentioning that the opening hours of the establishments  are from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, and customers will only be able to stay in the establishments for one hour.
