Founders of SiGMA and BiS kick off the Brazilian iGaming Summit

The SiGMA Americas iGaming Summit in Brazil got off to a much-anticipated start with the most influential figures taking to the fore to address those attending the SiGMA/BiS stage.

The Founder and CEO of the SiGMA Group, Eman Pulis alongside the Co-Founders of BiS Alessandro Valente and Carlos Cardamas, opened the conference today when they inaugurated the SiGMA/BiS stage. He expressed delight at this seminal step in the organisation’s expansion.

Pulis explained how the SiGMA Group has managed to move outwards from its base in the Mediterranean archipelago of Malta, to hold these auspicious events in every part of the world. This year’s destinations include Dubai, Manila, Nairobi, and Limassol.

He referred to the vivacity of the community in the largest and most populous city in Brazil, São Paulo. He is thrilled at being a part of the endeavours that have led to this event.

Pulis turned his attention to the summit at hand, emphasising the sheer scale of the event and achieving attendance at full capacity.

By simply taking a stroll around the venue, you will realise that this is more than just a local or regional event.” he said.

The summit has managed the great feat of establishing itself as a global force, attracting delegates, exhibitors and speakers from the sector in Latin America, North America and even Asia to name only a few.

Commenting on the atmosphere, Pulis felt a great excitement emanating from the delegation and the palpable enthusiasm this has infused in all those participating.

Focusing on the partnership SiGMA has formed, Pulis closed his address by conveying his heartfelt thanks for the invaluable contribution the Brazilian iGaming Summit (BiS) has made in terms of local expertise, knowledge, passion and dedication.

We couldn’t be happier with this partnership. We anticipate a bright future for this conference in São Paulo

he concluded, adding,

Alessandro Valente and Carlos Cardama have been pivotal in making this conference become a reality

as he referred to the efforts of the co-founders of BiS.

Taking to the stage, Alessandro Valente shared more information about the role of Carlos Cardama. He said that Cardama’s role within BIS was “instrumental”, as he remarked on Cardama’s amazing vision. “Everything that you see here comes from his mind”.

Following this, Cardama addressed the conference with a sense of enormous pride at having the opportunity to take part in the conference on behalf of BiS. He expressed his gratitude for all the autonomy that the SIGMA Group has entrusted to them and he is sure that the attendees will benefit from an expo of such magnitude. He expressed his sincere appreciation to his team that worked so hard to organise this event. Gratitude to them was much deserved.

I cannot mention names here as there would be too many. But the three of us truly thank you, as great teamwork was fundamental to make this event a success.

Referring to the expo, Cardama pointed out the wealth of content and technical expertise that will be communicated through the numerous high-quality panel discussions and debates, which will undoubtedly be invaluable. This will give the Summit great importance and provide guests with an incredible experience.
