Could you share the story behind Workanova’s entry into the iGaming industry? How did it all begin?

Our journey into the iGaming sector began serendipitously when one of our friends initiated a casino brand and required multilingual customer support. Intrigued by the industry, we identified an opportunity to expand our services globally to various iGaming brands.

What specific customer support services does Workanova provide to iGaming brands? Could you elaborate on the languages offered?

Workanova specializes in providing a range of customer support services, including chat, email, ticket handling, inbound and outbound calls, in over 8 different languages. These languages include Portuguese (Brazil), English, Spanish, Italian, German, French, Turkish, Arabic, Japanese, and more.

Can you walk us through Workanova’s business model when partnering with iGaming companies? How do you set up operational units for your partners?

Our business model involves establishing fully operational units from scratch for our partners. We provide office space, essential IT equipment, furniture, as well as the sourcing, recruitment, and hiring of a talented pool of individuals. Additionally, our senior team members, with extensive experience in the iGaming sector, are pivotal in ensuring our partners’ success.

You mentioned a focus on senior team members and the establishment of your own training teams. How do they contribute to the success and growth of Workanova?

Our senior team members serve as pillars within our company, driving the success and further growth. They possess invaluable experience that is crucial in maintaining and elevating standards within the iGaming support services. Moreover, our internal training teams facilitate our partners’ faster scaling and allow them to concentrate on other vital aspects of their business.

How does Workanova leverage its internal knowledge base to ensure efficient process management for the support teams?

Over the past 7 years, we’ve meticulously built a robust internal knowledge base. This resource enables us to streamline and manage support team processes more efficiently, resulting in optimized service delivery to our partners.
