Push Gaming appoints Andy Bentley as COO

Push Gaming has announced appointment of Andy Bentley as Chief Operating Officer (COO) as a part of reorganisation of its leadership team. Bentley, who has been working closely with the company on key strategic projects over the past six months, brings extensive experience from roles at Ladbrokes, Genting, and the Gauselmann Group.
His appointment comes as Push Gaming accelerates its growth following its acquisition by MGM Resorts and LeoVegas.
Bentley in his new role as COO will take responsibility of marketing, project delivery, and leveraging opportunities stemming from Push Gaming’s recent acquisition. His vast experience in the gaming industry is expected to play a crucial role in the company’s expansion into new markets, including the US and Brazil, where he has already been a driving force in recent projects.
James Marshall, Co-CEO of Push Gaming, expressed his excitement about Bentley’s appointment, stating, “Andy has been a key player in our strategic projects, and we’re thrilled to have him onboard permanently. His insight will be invaluable as we continue to grow.”

Restructured leadership team

Alongside Bentley’s appointment, Push Gaming has also reorganised its leadership structure. Co-founder Winston Lee has moved into a Co-CEO position, working alongside James Marshall. While Lee will focus on legal, compliance, finance, and live operations, Marshall will continue to lead product development, sales, and company culture.
The new leadership structure aims to streamline operations and strengthen the company’s ability to respond to market opportunities and challenges. With both Lee and Marshall sharing leadership responsibilities, Push Gaming is poised to maintain its rapid pace of innovation and market entry.

Expansion into new markets

Push Gaming has been expanding its global footprint throughout 2024, including entering new markets like Spain and Georgia. Earlier this year, the company partnered with Georgian operator Ambassadoribet, bringing its popular games like Jammin’ Jars and Razor Ways to new audiences.
Bentley said, “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time consulting with the team at Push Gaming and am honoured to take on this exciting role. I look forward to contributing to the company’s future growth and success.”
In Spain, Push Gaming has secured partnerships with PokerStars and Casino Gran Madrid, further strengthening its European presence. These moves follow earlier expansions into Germany and Ontario, Canada.
