The SiGMA Foundation tale of the 2 wise men

Caring for others and sharing is a fundamental aspect of humanity and one might argue that requires a wisdom of empathy that perhaps more of us should possess. The SiGMA Foundation, the philanthropic arm of SiGMA Group, has been making a positive impact on underserved individuals and communities around the world through fundraising activities and charity work. On December 24th, 2023, the SiGMA Foundation organized a Christmas spread for the children in care at the St Patricks Salesian School and Residential Care. The event, financed by the SiGMA Foundation, was organized by Keith Marshall, Chief Philanthropy Officer of the SiGMA Foundation (in feature photo, left), and Mario Clinch (in feature photo, right), a local chef responsible for the fare.

The event was a great success, and the children had a wonderful time. The Christmas spread was a way to show the youngsters that they are not alone, and that people care about them. The event was a reminder that even the smallest act of kindness can make a big difference in someone’s life. Keith Marshall said, “We do what we can, when we can, for whom we can”.

“We cannot do everything for everyone, but everyone can do something for someone”.

Chef Mario Clinch

Both Keith’s and Mario’s words are a much-needed reminder that we all have the power to make a difference in someone’s life. It is not about doing everything for everyone, but doing what we can for those around us.

The SiGMA Foundation is committed to making a positive impact on underserved individuals and communities around the world, and the Christmas spread at St. Patrick’s was just one of the many ways they are doing so.
