GiG Media’s strategic move cements its dominance in the North American market and elevates its position as a lead generator in the iGaming industry.

Earlier today, Gaming Innovation Group Inc. proudly announced the successful completion of the deal.

Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (GiG) proudly announces the successful completion of its acquisition of KaFe Rocks Ltd., a major player in the iGaming affiliate space. This strategic move elevates GiG’s media division, GiG Media, to a position of unparalleled strength in the realm of online casino affiliation, solidifying its presence in the lucrative North American market.

GiG Media’s Proprietary Technology

Leveraging its cutting-edge media and marketing technology, GiG Media is set to propel significant growth for KaFe Rocks post-acquisition. With the successful integration of AskGamblers under its belt, GiG Media foresees synergies between the two entities, projecting a minimum revenue of MEUR 23 for the acquired KaFe Rocks assets in 2024. The anticipated EBITDA margin exceeding 45% underscores the financial strength of this strategic move, with a 2024 EV/EBITDA multiple of approximately 3.6x for the acquisition.

Diversification and Mitigating Risk

Jonas Warrer, Group CEO of GiG, expresses satisfaction with the completion of the acquisition, reaffirming the company’s commitment to being the foremost casino affiliate in the industry. The addition of KaFe Rocks aligns seamlessly with GiG’s objectives, contributing to its North American expansion plans. The MEUR 35 transaction, including a substantial upfront cash payment and staged payments over 24 months, is a testament to the confidence GiG has in the potential synergies and profitability of this strategic move.
